DESCRIPTION OF THE COTTAGE

 

1. Ground floor: an independent one-bedroom apartment, comprising a living room with open kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds forming a 180x200 double bed and a bathroom with bath and WC. The living room is equipped with a large corner sofa, convertible into a 140x200 double bed, which can accommodate 2 additional guests.   The garage and the laundry room (washing machine and dryer) are accessible from the ground floor.

2. On the 1st floor are the living rooms of the chalet: a large living room of more than 60 m² with open kitchen, a small TV lounge and a bathroom (shower) with WC.

3. On the 2nd floor are the 5 bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms (2 with bath and 3 with shower). Three bedrooms are equipped  with single beds pushed together forming a double bed (160x200), one bedroom is equipped with single beds pushed together forming a double bed (180x200) and the last bedroom is a "dormitory for 4 children" with 2 single beds 80x200 and 1 bunk bed 2x 80x200.

 

In the end, there are 6 bedrooms, a sofa bed in the living room of the apartment and 7 bathrooms. Everyone will find their place and their space!
 

If the chalet has a maximum of 16 beds, we recommend it for 10 adults accompanied by 4 children for optimal comfort (the 2 additional beds being extra beds in a living room).

All the equipment is of high quality and great comfort: hotel quality bedding, fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee maker, traditional raclette machine, induction hob, WIFI internet throughout the chalet, Bluetooth speaker). The oversized dining table allows a minimum of 14 people to eat comfortably. The living room, with its many armchairs and sofas, allows you to relax and gather around the stove.

The 7-seater Jacuzzi located outside is the ideal place for a moment of relaxation after a day's exertion (whether skiing or snowshoeing in winter, or hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing in summer).
You will also be able to see your toddlers experience their first slide at the Club des Marmottons (ESF) located below the chalet.

A real haven of serenity to share with family or friends, the layout of the chalet and the independent apartment allows you to enjoy great conviviality while preserving a comfortable and cozy space for everyone...
